  This gem has been a favorite of ours for 5 months now. It exemplifies exceptional ... with a old school Italian flair the menu is great and it excels with each entree. The owner takes great pride in his presence and food in the Port Charlotte and never disappoints!! Don't miss an opportunity to savor this special experience !

  We have ordered from Bella Napoli since back when they were on
  Sumter and 41 in North Port and followed them when they moved to Port Charlotte. We have told literally hundreds of people how great their X-Large Bella Napoli Special Pizza is! Today was the last time we will ever order from them! I ordered the usual that we've been ordering since 2002, for at least one weekend a month, told them I wanted to schedule a 6:30 delivery to have when my husband got home from work. They said they had a big order for 6:30 but would get it to me as soon as possible around 6:30.
  This was over 3 hours notice, as I called a few minutes after 3:00. At 6:55 the pizza was delivered my Husband accepted the pizza and gave the driver the money plus a $4.00 tip. When he brought it in the house we found it to be cold ,hard and obviously dropped as all the toppings were all over the box and not on the pizza!! We immediately called back telling them the problem, they denied anything wrong and said it just came out of the oven!! This was so obviously a lie, say nothing about the fact that the toppings were all over the box, the way everything was slid it looked like it was dropped when it was hot. However it was delivered cold and hard!! We have never had this experience with them , it's always been GREAT. They hung up on us when we called asking for the mess to be picked up and our money refunded. We called back 4 times wanting them to take the pizza and refund $24.00 back! They finally said they would send him back to get it and told us never to call again, and hung up again!! This is UNBELIEVABLE! We have done business here for 14 YEARS!! They never came to get this mess of a pizza and ripped us off for $ 24.00 !! Can not believe they care so little for customers to treat them in this manner! From now on they will get the advertisement they deserve after a stunt like this!! This has left a very sour taste in our mouths. Update: 8:10 pm driver returned for pizza mess and refunded our money. The driver apologized for the restaurant.

  Would give zero stars if able. Really good pizza but HORRIBLE customer service. It's 7:15 on a Thursday night and I just called literally 12x in a row and no one is answering. Apparently this is a recurring problem. The management has a nasty attitude and is driving all the customers away.
