  Publix is always the best!
  The stores are always sooo clean. The produce dept. looks awesome all the time with all the fresh fruits and vegetables on display like they are waiting for a camera shoot to be in a magzine showing what fresh veggies and fruits should look like!

  Perfect place to buy your groceries, very clean & tidy. Only downside was the treatment of a cashier. Unacceptable. Extremely rude. Attitude makes you not want to ever shop at this Publix for a 2nd time. Denise must have not gotten the proper training.

  I dont write reviews, but your store had to have mine.
  I'm a retired flight attendant ( I mention my profession because it made me into a customer service snob, so to speak...I notice things like customer service) from Seattle and was visiting family for Christmas in Port Charolette. My family and I frequented this store during our stay and to my surprise found it it to be one of the highlights of our Florida vacation. The highlight was the SUPER FRIENDLY customer service...always heard a 'hello' or 'welcome' from staff as well as a 'Merry Christmas' greeting whenever we came or left the store. LOVED to hear Merry Christmas, as to most people feeling a little uncomfortable these days saying this greeting for fear of offending anyone...trust me, we were not offended, but happy and hopeful for communities such as Port Charolette and for our country! I was impressed and blessed! I also had many little chats that i enjoyed with the staff throughout the store...one guy in the produce department made an impression on me with his friendly conversation and awesome smile..he was from Jamaica...kudos to that guy!!
  I guess if I had to describe your store in one word it would have to be "ON" Meaning you guys get customer service and I saw that you were always "ON" despite the busyness of the season...an example of this was, I not being familiar with the layout of your store, the employees walked me to where the item I needed was instead of just pointing or giving directions...who does that anymore? Also, I was asked if I was finding everything ok...super busy at Christmas TIME, but your employees took the TIME to see if I needed any further help! I just don't notice these customer service traits very much at my neighborhood grocery store in Seattle , but at your store it was noticeable enough for me to take the time and share it on this review.
  Thank you for your noticeably great customer service! I know customers can get on your last nerve sometimes, but you guys seemed to be able to shine through it during this Christmas season.

  Always ready to help. Doesn't matter what city you're in. Services are the same. That's what it's really all about...consistency. I will always shop at Publix for that reason....and you should too if you don't already.
